Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom

Shipping cost. Free standard UK shipping on every order — no minimum spend.

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time. Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Total time from order to delivery is therefore typically 4–7 business days.

Tracking. A tracking link is included in your dispatch email so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Delays. We aim to meet the timeframes above, but delivery can occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, or peak periods. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact support@procrisp.co.ukand we will help track it down.

Wrong or incomplete address. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Damaged in transit. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement.
